Spanish legislation has been adapted to EU legislation on data protection through the adoption of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data. This Organic Law implies a set of obligations for any professional or company that processes personal data in the course of their daily activities.
The Spanish Personal Data Protection Act aims to safeguard and protect the privacy of the data that people provide when interacting with these professionals or companies. The aim of Law 15/1999 is to regulate and guarantee the appropriate treatment of personal data in order to protect public liberties and the fundamental rights of individuals.
Data protection legislation aims to ensure that there is a legitimate purpose and responsible use of the data, thus preventing its free circulation.
We hereby inform you that CREA Congresos SCCL, hereinafter CREA, as the party responsible for the data collection files, complies with the aforementioned regulations regarding the collection of personal data subject to processing, whether they are included in a computerised database, known as automated files, or whether they are on paper, known as manual or non-automated files.
All data collected by CREA is processed in automated files owned by CREA and is used exclusively to manage the services requested and to provide information about our activities.
